Via the contact form: full name, email address, phone number and message content.

Ordinary technical data from using the site (for example IP address and server logs), where needed for security and operation.

Preferences stored locally in your browser (schedule filter), only if you accept Preferences cookies.

Data generated by third-party services (Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo) only if you accept functional cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to contact-form messages — legitimate interest of the school to communicate with the public and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract at your request (Art. 6 of Law No. 195/2024).

Ensuring site operation and security — legitimate interest.

Storing preferences and loading third-party content — your consent (Art. 7), which you may withdraw at any time in Cookie settings.

We do not use contact-form data for automated marketing and we do not sell personal data.

4. Recipients and transfers

Contact-form data is sent to the school messaging system (institutional API) so we can reply.

If you enable functional cookies, third-party providers (Google, YouTube, Vimeo) may process data under their own policies; some processing may occur outside the Republic of Moldova.

Public authorities may receive data only where required by law.

5. Retention

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply and document correspondence, typically up to 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your cookie preference is stored in the browser for up to 12 months or until you clear it.

The schedule filter (preferences) remains until you change it or withdraw consent.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, as provided by law.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

No internet transmission is completely risk-free; please do not send sensitive data through the contact form.
