By 2030, IP Professional School No. 5 in Balti aims to establish itself as a secondary professional education institution, offering education and training services based on quality, performance, equity and lifelong learning, ensuring a professional insertion rate of graduates of at least 80% through sustainable and efficient partnerships with the economic environment.

Initial and continuous professional training of qualified workers, in a profession or related professions in accordance with occupational and professional qualification standards, competent and adaptable to the demands of the labor market, ensuring a quality educational process and optimal development conditions for students and employees.

Objectives

Objectives of the secondary vocational education institution

  • Ensuring the development of the institution by implementing quality management;
  • Annual increase in school performance by at least 3-5% through the active involvement of students in curricular and extracurricular activities;
  • Consolidation of a functional management of human resources based on motivation and ensuring continuous training of all teaching staff until 2030;
  • Development and consolidation of collaborative relationships with educational partners to improve the quality of educational services offered by the institution;
  • Initiation and development of entrepreneurial activities with the active involvement of employees and students to increase the budget revenues of the institution by 3% annually;
  • Development of the institution's infrastructure and modernization of the technical and material base with specific machinery and equipment for professional training programs by increasing annual allocations by about 10% of the institution's budget.
